Fully hydraulic drive
Every motion — travel, rotation, clamping, lifting — is hydraulically driven, delivering constant force and fine speed control.
01Hydraulic automation for handling hot forgings. CNC, frame-type, mobile and rail-mounted manipulators for clamping, rotating and transporting ingots and forgings — 8T–60T capacity, manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic control.
About the equipment
The forging manipulator is the equipment that clamps, rotates and positions the forging under the hammer or open die forging press, synchronized with the blow rate of the main equipment.
It is fully hydraulically driven, and can be operated manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically, with a direct digital link to the hydraulic open die forging press.
The Anyang range covers four types of equipment: the CNC manipulator for lateral positioning of ingots under a press or hammer, the frame-type manipulator with translational and rotating motion, the mobile charging manipulator mounted on a self-propelled chassis, and the rail-mounted charging manipulator, a mixed mechanical-hydraulic type.
All of them reduce manual effort, increase forging line productivity, and improve the precision and repeatability of handling hot and cold ingots.
Advantages
Every motion — travel, rotation, clamping, lifting — is hydraulically driven, delivering constant force and fine speed control.
01Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic operation, with the option to digitally synchronize with the forging press or hammer.
02Reduces downtime and operator physical effort, significantly raising the output rate of the forging line.
03From high-capacity CNC manipulators to mobile and rail-mounted models, adapted to any workshop layout.
04Models

A fully hydraulic manipulator with lateral shift that clamps ingots or shaft forgings under an open die hammer or press, boosting productivity and forging quality while reducing operator effort.

A hydraulic system with a fixed or rotating frame, adjustable clamping rod height, head inclination and tong rotation — precisely positioning the workpiece under a hammer or press for open or close die forging.

A self-propelled, wheel-mounted manipulator used for loading and transporting workpieces from the ground, from the furnace, and to the forging equipment — fast cycles, high precision and low operating cost.

A mechanical-hydraulic hybrid machine that runs on rails, used to transport hot and cold ingots, discs and rings in open die forging plants — with travel, rotation, clamping and lifting via tong, vice or fork.
