Process versatility
From compact workshop pneumatic hammers to 16000T hydraulic presses, the range covers drawing-out, upsetting, punching, bending and twisting of free-forged parts of any size.
01Maximum versatility for large free-forged parts. Hydraulic and pneumatic open die forging equipment — from compact pneumatic hammers to 16000T presses. Maximum versatility for large parts and complex shapes.
About the product
Open die (free) forging is the right choice when parts are too large, too complex, or produced in volumes too small to justify a dedicated die.
Anyang's range of free-forging equipment covers the full spectrum of applications — from compact pneumatic hammers for small workshops to high-capacity hydraulic hammers and presses for heavy parts in alloy steel, stainless steel or titanium.
Fully hydraulic hammers eliminate the need for nitrogen, deliver powerful and fast blows, and allow the ram to be suspended at any position for precision operations such as drawing-out, upsetting, punching or bending.
Open die hydraulic forging presses, with capacities from 800T to 16000T, are equipped with PLC and touch-screen HMI control systems, offering fast, normal and pressure-holding working modes, with multistage overload protection.
Advantages
From compact workshop pneumatic hammers to 16000T hydraulic presses, the range covers drawing-out, upsetting, punching, bending and twisting of free-forged parts of any size.
01Fully integrated hydraulic systems eliminate energy losses and allow fine adjustment of blow force, from light impacts to powerful strikes, with the ram suspendable at any position.
02PLC control with touch-screen HMI, multistage overload protection, and remote operation from the control room for high-capacity presses.
03Robust single-arm, arch or bridge-type structures in cast iron or cast steel, with over 30 years of documented service in workshops worldwide.
04Models
C66YFully hydraulic hammer available in single-arm, arch or bridge structures, where the blow is controlled by regulating oil pressure above and below the ram-rod piston — powerful, fast striking action and a ram that can be suspended at any position for precision free forging.
C41Self-contained pneumatic hammer requiring no external compressed-air supply — cast iron or cast steel construction, self-priming oil pump lubrication, and over 30 years of documented service in workshops worldwide.
C61YSingle-arm hydraulic hammer with C-shaped structure and three-side operating space — both the forging blow and the ram lift are hydraulically driven through a fully integrated system, with a patented blow valve for high frequency and fast return stroke.
Y13Hydraulic press for free forging with fast forging, normal forging and pressure-holding functions, suited for upsetting, drawing, piercing and bending — PLC and touch-screen control, three-crossbeam/four-column structure, and multistage overload protection.
Y13KFast hydraulic press with full-automatic, semi-automatic, manual or linkage working modes, for upsetting, drawing, punching, ring expansion, twisting and bending — high forging frequency, high precision and reduced energy consumption.
