Fully hydraulic drive
The fully hydraulic power drive system avoids the exchange of oil and gas, greatly prolonging the life of the hammer rod piston seal.
C66Y
Fully hydraulic hammer available in single-arm, arch or bridge structures, where the blow is controlled by regulating oil pressure above and below the ram-rod piston — powerful, fast striking action and a ram that can be suspended at any position for precision free forging.

Overview
The C66Y series is a fully hydraulically driven open die forging hammer, available with single arm, arch, bridge and other structural forms.
The lower chamber of the cylinder is always kept filled with high-pressure oil, and the blow is achieved through a controlled pressure differential. The hammer head can be suspended, which makes it suitable for a wide range of open die forgings.

Features
The fully hydraulic power drive system avoids the exchange of oil and gas, greatly prolonging the life of the hammer rod piston seal.
The design minimizes back pressure during the return stroke and eliminates "stuffy impact", which increases the return speed and impact frequency and gives high production efficiency.
The unique X-shaped guide rail structure doubles the life of the hammer rod. The originally easily worn parts have been turned into long-life parts.
The impact valve adopts the differential servo principle and the operating system is extremely flexible — both light and heavy impacts can be easily controlled.
The valve design enables the system to maintain excellent pressure without increasing the oil temperature.
High cost performance, suitable for free forgings that do not require high striking accuracy — especially suitable for large and medium-sized free forgings.
Long-term savings through energy savings, improved material utilization and reduced maintenance costs.
Precise digital control capabilities provide a solid foundation for optimized forging processes and stable product quality.
Addresses the environmental bottlenecks of classic forging and significantly improves employee occupational health.
