Fully hydraulic drive
Fully hydraulic manipulator with a lateral shift function for precise positioning of the billet under the forging tool.
A fully hydraulic manipulator with lateral shift that clamps ingots or shaft forgings under an open die hammer or press, boosting productivity and forging quality while reducing operator effort.

Overview
The CNC forging manipulator is the fully hydraulic driven type with lateral shift function, which can be operated by manual, semi-auto or auto, and is able to connect with the hydraulic free forging press through digital input to realize linkage operation.
The equipment is used to secure shaft forgings and billet under an open die hammer or open die press, significantly enhancing productivity and forging quality while reducing labour intensity and enabling mechanized forging production.
