Overview
The hydraulic riveting machine adopts full hydraulic drive and control. When it reaches output pressure it can achieve cold riveting directly, improving the quality of the riveting.
Compared to traditional pneumatic riveting, the advantages include improved working conditions, reduced noise, agile operation, lower labour intensity, higher rivet speed and increased production efficiency.

Features
The system comprises a pumping station, rivet clamp, sling, high-pressure hose, balancer, tackle, slide rail, working oil cylinder and accessories. The layout and installation are set up according to the requirements of the product line.
The hydraulic pump station is the central control part of a high-speed hydraulic riveting machine, and its performance influences normal production. It contains an oil tank, integration-control valve block, pressurization cylinder, oil pump-motor group and electric appliance control.
The pressurize cylinder and valve block are integrated with minimal volume, which reduces leakage and heat and enhances longevity.
The mass flow cartridge inserted valve system offers superior flow, leak proofness, anti-pollution properties and wear resistance.
The Italian ATOS series pump ensures high pressure, minimal leakage and low noise, while LISHILE series control slide valves provide stable changeover with low noise.
PLC electrical control offers stability and modification flexibility.
Optimized hydraulic system design enables high rivet speed and efficiency. An optional mass flow air cooler enables operation in tropical regions.
The clamp comes in two types — hanging and horizontal — with hanging clamps seeing widespread use. Main components are the oil cylinder, riveting clamp body, moving riveting die, stationary riveting die and handle button. To ensure performance while reducing weight as much as possible and keeping operation handy and agile, the body and oil cylinder use high-quality special steel.
These divide into moving and stationary dies, installed on the piston rod and the clamp respectively. Die size fits standard series rivet shapes, with custom dies available. A-type dies serve hanging clamps; B-type dies serve horizontal clamps.
The hanging riveting clamp is installed on the hanging device to work. With the hanging device the clamp can move freely, so it can aim at the riveting part quickly. Balanced weight and spring balancer options are available.
A balance weight or spring balancer installs between the tackle and the riveting clamp to equilibrate the clamp weight, so operators can manoeuvre the clamp easily left and right. Balance weight design matches clamp weight; spring balancers are purchased components sized by clamp weight.
In accordance with different requirements of usage, the sling divides into several general types. Standard and special type slings rotate 180° and suit common workpieces; crank type slings also rotate 180° and accommodate inclined angle workpieces. Standard slings ship with the product; special requirements are noted at order placement.
