Constraint shearing principle
Employs constraint shearing principles to significantly enhance accuracy.
X-Q45
A precision bar shearing line using a constraint-shearing principle for near-zero material loss, more than 10× faster than a band saw and roughly 3× more precise than ordinary bar shears.

Overview
The X-Q45 series precision bar shearing machine production line is engineered for precision shearing, with high shearing accuracy and “0” sawing loss.
It delivers high production efficiency, with a shearing speed more than ten times that of the band saw. The precision of the workpiece is 3 times higher than that of an ordinary bar shearing machine, and the material and energy saving effect is significant.
